Anderson Harris is the brainchild of Adrian Anderson and Jonathan Harris, highly experienced brokers with impressive individual track records and 20 years’ combined experience of arranging finance in the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth sectors.
Adrian and Jonathan launched Anderson Harris after identifying a gap at the top end of the market where clients’ borrowing requirements tend to be more complex than for those requiring mortgages of less than £500,000. Anderson Harris draws upon its extensive contacts among the private banks and specialist lenders, who often don’t have a high-street presence, to provide clients with a superior level of advice.
Unlike larger brokerages, which transact a high volume of smaller, mainstream mortgages, the directors of Anderson Harris focus almost exclusively on high-net-worth broking, and million-pound plus mortgages. They are specialists in their field.
Anderson Harris also works with a number of trusted partners who specialise in high-net-worth property transactions, including trust companies, lawyers, surveyors, property finders and insurers. Through them, we can offer clients property sourcing/finding; project management work; protection, including life cover; buildings and home contents insurance; valuations and surveying; foreign exchange and agricultural finance.

Jonathan Harris

Jonathan has specialised in arranging finance for top-end property transactions for the past decade. He understands the challenges of the current market and draws on his extensive experience to match the client with the right lender, ensuring the client obtains the most appropriate terms. He is well versed in arranging development finance and has worked with some of the highest profile developers in prime Central London.
Jonathan was previously Associate Director at Savills Private Finance, where he worked for nine years. Before that, he worked at Lloyds Bank and Prudential. He has worked in financial services since 1986 and has full FPC and CeMAP qualifications.

Adrian has spent the majority of his career focusing on large loans, building up enviable networks with the private banks, specialist lenders and high-street institutions. As well as assisting UK nationals, Adrian excels at structuring finance for international clients, arranging offshore funding for non-UK and non-domiciled UK residents seeking to purchase property in the UK.
Previously, Adrian was Associate Director at Savills Private Finance, where he worked for six years, focusing on procuring finance for clients purchasing in prime Central London. Before that, he worked for HSBC Premier and has full FPC and CeMAP qualifications.
